Rule number one when flying: Stay seated when the flashing seatbelt light goes on. NO exceptions. A Philadelphia woman has been charged for threatening to kill passengers and indecent exposure for allegedly demanding to use the bathroom upon final decent on a flight from Orlando to Philadelphia International Airport. When 60-year-old Dulce Huertas attempted to unbuckle and go, flight attendants demanded she stay seated, yelling and threatening behavior escalated. Flight attendants admitted to serving the woman two alcoholic drinks during the flight. Upon landing, the offender began pushing her way through passengers and then made a motion, dropping her pants in the aisle to mimic "peeing". She was charged with simple assault and indecent exposure. If convicted, Huertas faces a maximum possible sentence of 21 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a $355,000 fine. AND that's why it doesn't pay to be a "crackpot" in the air.
